SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

1- Preparation Time: The preparation time for products ordered from Dia Comfort is 4-8 business days. Shipments cannot be made on public holidays. The period may be extended depending on stock availability.

2- Delivery to Cargo: After the preparation period, your order will be shipped to you.

3- Cargo Tracking Number: The cargo tracking number of your product or products, whose preparation phase is completed, is sent to you by the cargo company.

4- Information about situations that delay delivery due to cargo:

* The distance of the address to which the product will be delivered throughout Turkey and the frequency of visits of the cargo company to the region may affect the delivery day, and order delivery may be delayed.

* Adverse weather and transportation conditions in the region where the order will be delivered may delay the delivery of the product.

* There is always a certain density in cargo delivery during the time periods that coincide with New Year's Eve, holidays and special days. For orders falling on these special days, delivery may be delayed.

5- Weekends and Public Holidays: Orders you place on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the first business day following.

6- Cargo Company: Dia Comfort works with Sürat Cargo.

7- Shipping Fee: The shipping fee for all your purchases of 150 TL and above is covered by Dia Comfort.

8- Order Delivery: Only you can receive your order. However, if there is someone else at the address who will receive your delivery, be sure to specify this information when creating the order. If you do not specify, your order may not be delivered to someone else.

9- Address Change: You should not change the delivery address after creating an order. Otherwise, your order will first be returned to Dia Comfort, and then the delivery process will start from the beginning to the new address you specified.

10- If the order does not arrive: Your orders will be delivered to the address you specified. If you are not at your address or if you have not determined a person other than yourself to receive your order, the Sürat Cargo officer will leave a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest Sürat Cargo branch. You must receive the package from the specified Sürat Cargo branch within two days at the latest.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges Belong to the Customer.

From the date you receive your order, you can send it to us with Sürat Cargo and return it within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive it.

Returns of products that have been used, opened or have lost their originality due to similar reasons are not accepted.

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, in their packaging, complete and undamaged.

In order to return the product, the product must be sent with its invoice, the product must be unused, and it must be delivered with all its accessories in the same condition as it was received.

The products you purchased from www.diacomfort.com cannot be returned to our Dia Comfort stores and no refunds can be made from our stores. Return transactions are carried out by our online sales unit.

The incoming product is first examined by the Dia Comfort review team. If the Dia Comfort inspection team detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing or use in the product and its packaging, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to you within the legal period of 10 (ten) business days. This period starts when Dia Comfort receives the product you returned. When your return is completed, its details will be sent to the e-mail address you registered with on our site.

The product can be changed. The product to be replaced must be the same model as the new product.
